Our Process

Following a discussion and review of the exact requirements with the client, we will source and recruit candidates. For each search assignment, we will develop a tailored and comprehensive recruitment strategy. We conduct personal interviews with potential candidates to validate their skill sets, personalities, experience and to assess such things as strategic vision, creativity and cultural fit.
Once we have identified a select number of candidates, we will present only the most appropriate professionals. We will not waste your time by presenting “really great” but unqualified candidates. This is a direct result of our full process, which includes; in-depth resume and telephone screening, competency based interviews, reference checks, and personality testing as requested.
